  • By subscribing to the Buildable Bauble Club, you will receive a beautifully crafted featured bracelet every month. The subscription cost is $40 per month, plus tax, with no additional shipping charges for deliveries within the USA.

  • Upon signing up, you will be billed immediately for your first order, which will ship within 3-5 business days. For subsequent months, billing occurs on the 7th day, and your new bracelet will be shipped by the 15th of each month.

  • At Zac and Ally, we custom make every bracelet with quality and care in the USA. Monthly subscription styles are tailored for our members, designed to complement all Zac and Ally pieces and enhance any outfit.

  • Subscription bracelets are custom made monthly and, therefore, are not exchangeable. Each piece is uniquely crafted for our members with classic styles.

  • If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us at info@zacandally.com, and we will promptly address and resolve the issue for you.

  • If you need to postpone or cancel your subscription, simply email us at info@zacandally.com. Your subscription will be canceled before your next billing date. Note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel for that particular month.
